Eduardo Acosta, DVM.
He and Dr. Berg share their home with many pets. Their pets include, Duncan, a Queensland Healer mix, two adopted English Bullodgs, Boodles and Luke, two cats Small and Mini, 6 birds and 3 snakes.

Christy Berg, DVM.
Dr. Berg is originally from Bonita. She has worked with animals since she can remember. She started working at a veterinary hospital when she was 16. Dr. Berg attended UC Davis for both her undergraduate degree and for veterinary school. She graduated from UC Davis in 1996. Right after vet school she worked in Redondo Beach before moving to Ocean Beach and purchasing Sunset Cliffs Animal Hospital with Dr. Acosta. She is also a member of the Association of Avian Veterinarians and the Association of Reptile and Amphibian Veterinarians. She shares her home with Dr. Acosta and their menagerie of pets. |

Justin Altman, DVM.
Dr. Altman was a technician at SCAH before going to veterinary school. He completed his undergrad at SDSU and continued on to Veterinary school at Ross University. He completed a year of clinical training at Michigan State University. He shares his paycheck with Slim, an 80 # dog and 3 cats: Cucumber, Gilligan and Bailey. Dr. Altman is a vegetarian and can recommend a variety of good San Diego vegetarian restaurants. |
